How to Install Openmha Since It Is Ubuntu

Fri Feb 28, 2020 3:38 pm

I would like to install Openmha for my hearing aids but it is compiled in Ubuntu and does not exist in the raspberry repository. Has anyone done this? What are the steps?

This guide contains the standard procedure for building.
https://github.com/HoerTech-gGmbH/openM ... e-on-linux

To install the prerequisites it should be enough to run this in a terminal.

Code: Select all

sudo apt install libsndfile1-dev libjack-jackd2-dev jackd2 portaudio19-dev
Then if the "./configure" command doesnt kick up any error you should have a pretty good chance of success.

I want to try to connect to my Bluetooth hearing aids but haven't gotten that far yet. If there is anyone out there who has done this, let me know!
