Is it possible to archive 30x zoom with a lense?

Hello. Im working on a Quadcopter project that will have pi cam with 30x optical zoom lense, and im just wondering is it possible? Can anyone recommend any objective/lense i can use for 30x optical zoom for the Picam?

30$ lens... ( have to buy at least 3 different models of mobile phone tele lense to find on that works )
200$ stabilization system to get usable video

But also: https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/telephoto-lens .. not sure 30x will ever be really practical..
