Can I send and receive Bluetooth signal at the same time to multiple locations?

Look, here's what I'd like to do:

- I'd have a PI in my living room hooked up to the mixer with a cable, possibly using an Allo Boss DAC HAT.
- I would sync my laptop's or phone's Bluetooth to the PI and play music on them.
- The PI would distribute the bluetooth signal around the house to small Bluetooth receivers (Logitech, or so).

Is this doable or feasible? What would the software setup look like?
