Using a Raspberry Pi to Upload a Camera Feed to Another Computer

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to record a video using a camera on a Raspberry Pi and then have it upload to another PC. Or if this is not possible, I was wondering if the Pi could stream the video to another PC and then I would just record that video from there.

Setup motioneye os on the pi with the camera
