You're pi seems overpriced by a large margin I'm guess there's some regional issue that you can't get it from an official supplier. But most countries have official suppliers that sell them for $35 USD(or equivalent)for Pi 4 1GB
The absolute minimum to turn it on and interact with it in some capacity (through some remote network connection like VNC or SSH) is.
- Pi
- Power supply,
- Ethernet cable (optional but you'll need to set some configuration files to auto-connect to Wi-fi without it)
- Micro SD card
If you want to use it as a Desktop add (you can drop the ethernet cable in this case)
- KB/M
- Micro HDMI to HDMI cable
If you want to have a better experience with it (it'll with run no issues without a heatsink but will underclock itself to maintain thermals)
- Heatsink/Fan
If you want it to look nice add (unless you're getting a case that doubles as a heatsink or serves some other function it's purely aesthetic)
- Case
