Hi,
I just bought the build 190903 of RaspAnd Pie 9 for my Raspberry Pi 3 B+. I use a SONY TV (KDL-55W800A) as an output device through HDMI. But when I boot up my Raspberry Pi 3B+ with this build, I got a message telling me the signal not supported.
Is there anyone who knows if this build work with big TV screen?
Or what should I do especially to let the Raspand Pie 9 work with my TV?
Please help or show me where I can get help for this issue.
Thanks.
FYI RaspAnd Pie is actually nothing but Brobwind's work which is available for free on this forum (
https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/view ... 3&t=232234). Before this, previous RaspAnd builds have been nothing but builds from android-rpi and lineage-rpi sources. You can read more about it e.g.
here and
here. Exton's RaspAnd is now mostly known for pirating Google Apps and violating GPLv2 for Linux kernel. I find it despicable that this person rebrands other peoples free and open source efforts as RaspAnd and sells it for his personal profit.
This is also the reason my
LineageOS 16.0 (Android 9) build is no longer open source. It is available for free and IMO it's the most feature complete Android Pie release for the Pi.
If I were you, I would ask for a refund.
