Broken DSI connector

Hi

I’ve broken the plastic cover that holds the display ribbon cable onto my Raspberry PI 4 From a google, it seems it’s quite a common thing to do, but can’t find anywhere to get replacements or how to put them back on - I’ve tried butchering an old pi3 which has an identical connector, but broke the plastic cover when trying to put it back on!

Does anyone know if these covers can be ordered individually and also where I could find tips for replacing them? I’ve got a 7in touchscreen so want to use this connector, but it seems a bit fragile for regular use.

Quick update: managed to get the plaster cover/connector successfully off an old pi and onto the new pi 4 and working successfully. Just needed a sharp knife. Might have damaged one or two, but a dab hand at it now
