A safe power button for Emteria.OS

Fri Sep 20, 2019 9:24 am

Hi everyone,

I would like to share something: If you are looking for a power button for your Emteria.OS-based project you might be interested in the PowerBlock. I have finished the work on the Emteria.OS service to make it work with this Android OS distribution and the Raspberry Pi: https://blog.petrockblock.com/2019/09/1 ... n-emteria/.

Cheers!

Seems very complicated when you can do the same thing by simply enabling gpio-key dtoverlay and connecting some GPIO pins.

See FAQ on LineageOS 16.0 page under 'How to create a DIY hardware power button?'.'
