Almost Only Red Led

Hi! I have a raspberrypi 3A+ with the newest raspbian buster lite (2019-07-10-raspbian-buster-lite) .
I tryed to connect my pi at one day but ssh doesent work so i reinstalled the raspbian on the sd card but i get only the red led and when i plug in i get for one second a faint green led and pi wont boot.
Somebody can help pleas ? (Sorry for my bad English .I'm from Hungary :oops: )

So does the red led ever flash or go out .

Have you got or had anything connected to the gpio.

Does any part of the pi get hot very quickly.

The red LED is always on and I does not have anything connected to the gpio and nothing get hot quickly.

It does sound like you pi has failed , is it in a case or is it uncased , if its uncased could you have put it down on something conductive and shorted out some thing ?

if you have a digital voltmeter , have you tried measuring the voltage on one of the 3.3v gpio pins ?
be careful not to short the pin to any other pins with your meter probe.

connect the black (GND) test wire to ANY metal shell of either USB, Ethernet, or HDMI connector, which are all grounded, (connected to GND) this makes shorts with your probe less likely.

I tryed the methodes but the pi dont want to work . Beceause i have Guaranty i send it back to the shop and i got a new pi.I still dont know what happend but "the problem solved" if i can call this solved.
