Pi4B No Display - Micro HDMI to DVI Monitor

Raspberry Pi 4B
Latest Buster download 2019-07-10
Micro HDMI to HDMI Adapter -> HDMI to DVI Cable -> DVI Monitor

HDMI to DVI Cable and Monitor works. Had it connected to my laptop for a while now as a second monitor with no issues.

No way to test Micro HDMI to HDMI Adapter - no other devices with Micro HDMI ports...

Can't get the Pi4B to display anything.
Seem to boot OK. Green light blinks randomly many times while booting. Can log in with SSH, etc. but no display on HDMI0 or HDMI1

Saw another similar post and tried this in config.txt on /boot:

hdmi_mode=81
hdmi_drive=1
config_hdmi_boost=2

My day has been without joy.

Any suggestions?

P.S. Forgot to Mention: Tried connecting the Pi4B to my TV with pure HDMI input - still no joy with HDMI0 and HDMI1

RESOLVED: Crappy Mico HDMI to HDMI Adapter. Bought a new one and it works fine now.
