Accessing Raspberry pi 3b+ via my Android phone

I must be doing something wrong.
I've installed pianobar on one of my Raspberri pies to allow me to play pandora.
I have it where it's working. I've installed patiobar so that I can have a GUI on my phone to make things easier.
The issue:
I cannot access the danm thing using my phone.

What I can to is:
- I can remote access the pi with my computer.
- the program is running as it should.

However when I go to my computer and type the Pi IP address to access the pi: Nothing happens (site can't be reached)
When I ping the Pi on my computer: It pings back
I've enabled VNC: finally have it not greyed out

I still cannot access the pi when i type the pi IP in the address bar on my computer or my phone.
All of them are on the same network

- Orbi router

I do not know the program you are running on the Pi but you would normally use the VNC viewer program on the PC or phone fir GUI access or ssh to give terminal access.

I’m not sure where you are putting the Pi address in - is a web browser? If so, what on the Pi gives a web site to you?

I'm not familiar with the software in question but you don't remote into a device via VNC in a web browser. Some programs do provide a web interface for external control but if that's the case you don't need VNC on. Finally, your ISP or the type of line coming into your house (fiber) has no affect on connecting your pi via the local network.
