launch kodi from remote

Hello,
Got a Pi 4 with raspbian, kodi installed in raspbian, plugged into TV

Is there any way to launch Kodi via a remote control? perhaps launch it when the TV switches to the HDMI source?

Also is there any way to close Kodi without it turning the TV to standby?

I powered my rpi kodi from TV usb, so i just need to turn on the TV and with HDMI CEC, you will land on kodi.
