Temperature sensor up to 180 degrees celsius

Hi. I am looking for a waterproof temperature sensor that does not melt in 180 C hot oil and works with Raspberry or Arduino.
Ideally would be if it could also read this high temperatures.
Any ideas?

PT100 RTD and a converter chip like the MAX31865 which has a SPI interface.
