Hi all,
I ordered a raspberry pi and other stuff at RS Component on 5th october.
I receive only the ebay billing email (transaction number : 4GL42880S08662352).
I didn't received any email from RS Component to confirme my order.
And now i see that some people that have order later than me received there raspberry.
Seem my order was loose, is someone there can help me ?

Rs Components does not sell on EBay, as far as I know, but EBay sellers do sell Raspberry Pi's that they obtained from RS Components. You will need to take your problem up with the EBay seller on EBay.
Are you sure the seller is RS Components for the purchase you made?

Yeah, same thing apparently happened to me. I ordered mid-july, got the Paypal proof of payment to RS Components (raspberrypi@rswww.com)
After that, nothing. No RS confirmation. Apparently I didn't even create an account. Sent a mail to raspberrypi@rswww.com, but after it was clear no email account existed, no reaction. Gave the info to Vic in the forum, was asked my details and already several days without feedback. You'd think that with the payment details, they would be able to find or even recreate the order. Ah well... I hope you'll have beter luck.

Make it clear you do not know your RS order numbers and received no order confirmation from RS so you cannot look them up in the table. And make it clear that you did already pay them.

Thanks for your feedback. I have already been in contact with Vic and with Sara from rs-components. No luck so far. You are of course right in that ellirycdotfr should also go to Vic in the RS thread. He will pass her issue to the backoffice people...
