I ordered 9 Raspberry Pi's and 10 clear cases on July 27th, for me and for some workmates. After a lot of waiting, last Wednesday I received a package, which I though too small to contain the whole shipping, and in fact there was only one RPi and one case. Of course my card was charged for the whole order, not what I received.
I've tried to contact RS through the raspberrypi@rswww.com address on several occasions since and I haven't received any response. I've tried to contact RS directly with no luck. I've read on this forum to not bother calling RS on their phone number because they just redirect you to the e-mail.
Is it standard policy for RS to not answer the email? I really don't know what to do now.
Do someone know what can I do at this step?
