Can't install any OS on Pi3 (kernel panic error -80)

Good morning together,

I bought myself a raspberyy pi to use it as a nextcloud. I also ordered a case with active and passive cooling. It has a PSU which fits the Pi as well. I follow a 3 months old Video from Youtube to get the pi and the nextcloud started:

After the first powering on of my Pi I get the error shown in the picture, last row.

I thought maybe I did something wrong so I flashed the SD-Card with Rufus instead of etcher, tried the same on my Linux Manjaro Desktop with dd and tried raspian, noobs and ubuntu as well. Nothing worked, always the same error appears. I googled a lot edited the cmdline.txt config file and tried different things mentioned in the internet.

Nothing worked and I was not able to find anybody with the exact same problem. So I came here to ask for help.
First I read through the troubleshooting sticky (btw. the word "booted" is missing, see position in the picture) and I double checked everything there.

I would really appreciate some help of you guys

After the first powering on of my Pi I get the error shown in the picture, last row.

According to the error message something happened while trying to enlarge the partitions on the SD card.
I suggest you do the following:
1) Download raspbian lite
2) write the raspbian lite image to the SD card and boot the Pi with this card.
3) write the raspbian lite image to an new SD card and boot the Pi with the new card.

If 2) fails and 3) also fails remove the Pi from the case and try with the official power supply-
If 2) fails and 3) does not fail then use scissors to cut the SD card before filing it.

I did it like you adviced and it worked... I figuered out the difference this time was that I used the zip file with etcher.

So I just zipped the ISO of nextcloud and it works... Very strange.

Thanks for the help, but I still would like to know why it only works with zip files and not the ISO itself.
