I cannot get my Rapberry Pi 4 to boot with Noobs. The Pi 4 is stalling on "Rainbow" splash page. Before you ask, I have re-flashed the EEPROM. My exact procedure:
1. Tried Noobs Lite
2. Tried Noobs Full
3. Downloaded and Reflashed the EEPROM
4. Retried Noobs, Noobs Lite
No success so far. Green light is flashing rapidly after Reflashing EEPROM, and blinking non-repeatedly when trying to start Noobs. Always stalls on the Rainbow page. I have owned / worked on at least 20 Raspberry Pi's, so am very familiar with the Noobs procedure. This feels like a hardware issue, but the Raspberry Pi's I have had in the past have been unbelievably reliable, so I am having a hard time believing a HW problem.
Anyone suggestions for what to try next?

Plug your HDMI cable into the other port (HDMI-0 is the default output).
My mind is like a browser. 27 tabs are open, 9 aren't responding,

That did it! Thanks. Changing HDMI port did not occur to me.
