RASPI-INFO is a tool to get a lot of infomation about your RaspberryPi.
Direct use from shell: raspi-info or raspi-info-light.
Automatic use: when you login through SSH (only raspi-info-light). RASPI-INFO provides too more than 100 "shell tips" that can be useful to help you in bash!
Principal Software Engineer at Raspberry Pi (Trading) Ltd.
Contrary to popular belief, humorous signatures are allowed. Here's an example...
"My grief counseller just died, luckily, he was so good, I didn't care."
I did RASPI-INFO-LIGHT because I want a fast info of machine when I login into SSH.
RASPI-INFO provides different info than official script with .deb package that install all dependencies.
And it's more beautiful to see!!!
The issue is we only have your word for the quality of the program. The other examples linked to both provide the full source code for their application. The utility provided by the Raspberry Pi documentation is a bash script and in plain text.
