yes, but I don't know if I can connect to the server mc.survival-games.cz via Raspberry

That means you're passing the wrong credentials on your request to that server. You probably need to contact the owner to determine what's going wrong and what their server is expecting.

Works like a treat. However, I can't seem to connect to servers because my 'access token is null or empty'. My question is, is this issue due to the launcher - meaning even if I pay for an account it won't work, or is this because I haven't paid for an account?

What servers are you trying to connect to? You need a valid Minecraft account.

Ok, with an account I get this error when trying to connect to non-cracked servers: 'jav.lang.Nullpointer exception'

Works for me (tested on my Pi4 4GB), sorry don't know why it doesn't for you.

Do you get 'todays access token' when you start the run script?

Any more detail to you error message?

Can’t help unless you provide more detail. Which exact step? What is the exact error message? Which Pi? Which OS?

Can you make a tutorial for Minecraft Forge too? I have some mods I'd like to play with. (14.23.5.2847 or later would be good because that's where a lot of mods run)
Raspberry Pi 4B 4gb running Raspbian Buster v3.2 (via PINN)
Kingston 32 GB C10 (U1) microSD
Sceptre E225W 22" 75hz 1080p monitor
Overclocked to 2.147ghz
Deja-dup backups stored on 4GB flash drive

I have followed a tutorial for setting up a minecraft server on a Pi 4, and I would like to setup a couple clients to access it. Is this guide appropriate for playing on a remote server? My impression is this is oriented towards running a local game.

I have two kids that would like to access the same world together or by themselves. In order to do that, I assume I would need a remote server.

Yes, this tutorial is for the local client. You should be able to connect to a minecraft server on your local network or across the internet.
