There is no Android software (apps) that will work on a RPi.
What software do you want to use on your RPi?
Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated Raspbian Stretch w/ Desktop OS.

If you install an Android OS or Android Things on your Pi you might be able to run your Android app on the Pi.

Note there is no RPF support for installing or using Android OS on the Pi.

Once you have an Android OS installed on a Pi you can usually install an Android app by simply pointing its browser to the URL of the .apk you wish to download and install. You will need a server running somewhere able to serve-up .apk files.

You may need a specific .apk build which targets the version of Android you have installed. This can be the case when using MIT App Inventor to create your .apk files.

You can also install direct from the Play Store if the Andorid OS installed supports that.
