Creating a New Partition

Tue Nov 27, 2012 4:25 pm

I'm new to the RPi, and I'm trying to add a new partition to my preinstalled 16G card.
I'm following the Raspberry Pi user Guide ( page 72 ),but all that I get are error messages. Please can anyone help me?

Exactly what output do you get from step 1, "sudo fdisk -l"?

it's an l [el] 12th letter of the alphabet

and you probably have a full SD card

you may want to expand the root fs really

or even download a new version
