Hi OP. As mentioned above, resolv.conf is auto-generated every time your system is booted. There are many related threads on the forum, do a search. Eg.

By default, in Raspbian, the file is overwritten on every boot by the "resolvconf" service, which obtains information from other config files and recreated /etc/resolv.conf.
If the file is simply not there, I would look for errors to do with resolv.conf in the first instance. Have you modified other config files, eg those described in the link above ? I wouldn't assume it is a hardware or fake card problem until these other potential causes have been investigated.
You also mention you can't change the date, and that 2 other files are missing and that "nothing work appropriately". I can't really comment helpfully on that without much more detail on each, and without knowing the history of your Pi.
