How do I use Eclipse-cdt, with C++?

I'm opening the terminal. I write
"sudo apt-get install eclipse-cdt g ++"
There is no error message.
I'm opening Eclipse 3.8. I'm writing a program. I build. I turn on the debugger. They get a message about the lack of a workable file. Why?
