I want to power my RPi Zero W with a battery pack (1300mAh, 3.7V).
Can somebody tell me whether this setup is correct as I don't want to damage my Raspberry Pi.
I will be using a Protection & charging board TP4056 and a MT3608 Step-Up Boost converter.
The battery pack will connect to TP4056,
TP4056 (out+ and -) connects to MT3608,
Finally MT3608 output will go to Raspberry Pi 5V and GND Pins.

Theoretically it should work.
Nobody can tell you for sure without seeing how you will wire it up though and what kind of wires you are using and where on the Pi that will connect to.

I've connected the circuit (image in the attachments), isit normal for the charger module protection to heat up when I am charging the battery? Because when I charge the battery the charger module protection became so hot and I am afraid it would blow up or something.
I am using normal copper wires connecting the charger module and voltage booster, as you can see the voltage booster Vout +/-, is it safe to directly solder them to one of the GPIO pins(5V and GND pins) on the RPi?

Looking at your photo everything looks fine but you might want some electrical insulation between those two circuit boards.
You can connect directly to the Pi as you mention, but I would personally add a switch on the 5v side so you can disconnect the Pi when you are charging the battery.
The TP4056 cannot be used while it is charging a battery and even when off, the Pi will draw a tiny amount of power.
Plus you cannot restart the Pi without first disconnecting the power after a shutdown. If you solder the wires on, you could never break the circuit. Although, you could short the RUN pin to ground to turn it on.

The step up converter has adjustable output voltage. Be sure it is set to 5 volts before connecting it to your RPi.

Is there any alternatives to this module from Adafruit, Powerboost 1000C:

It looks like this module can solve most of my problem which are:
1. Charging and using RPi at the same time
2. Can attach a on/off switch onto the module
3. Connected to the RPi's micro USB port where it has fuse protection compared to directly powering the RPi through GPIO pins
But this module is a little pricey, but i couldn't find any alternatives which serves the same purpose like this module, any recommendations?

I'm using Powerboost 1000c's in several of my projects. Rovers mostly. I have mine wired up so I can ground the enable pin and turn off the up converter. Just the battery charger section is on. My only complaint, if you want to call it that is the 1A limit. I've only used it to power A+'s and Zero's so far.
