RetroPie doesen't boot

Hi !
I download and flash the retropie image to my sd card.
After i power on my pi i see only rainbow screen and only the red led light.
(I have a raspberry pi 3 A+ if someone need )
Can someone help my what i do wrong ?

The Retropie 4.4 has not been updated to include the updated kernel/firmware needed for the 3A+


Probably best to start with the latest Raspbian Stretch Lite and install the packages required to create a Retropie System:

Can you write what i need to do after i running Stretch Lite ? (I'm don't know how to install retro pie on raspbian)
