Recovery mode LineageOS rpi3 b+??

Hello!
I am a user of Lineage OS, specifically a port made by KonstaKang, that doesn't have GApps.
When trying to install these i noticed the instructions on the lineage site say to enter recovery mode.
How exactly would I do that? On an android phone, you can hold the power button and the volume up key, but since im on an RPI3B+, I have no idea.
