raspberry pi(access point) can not connect to the internet via Ethernet cable

Mon Dec 24, 2018 8:17 am

the problem is my raspberry pi 3 can not connect to the internet with LAN cable. i use this https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... s-point.md tutorial and make an access point because of that i couldn't connect to the internet via wifi and i use LAN cable. i use access point for some days and it works fine but from yesterday it suddenly can't connect to the internet. i check everything that i change to make raspi an AP and nothing change. and also check the cable and it was fine. when i ping google i receive this error :
ping: google.com: Temporary failure in name resolution
.
when i type this command "ip addr" i don't get an IP address for eth0.
the name server ip is '127.0.0.1' and i change it to '8.8.8.8' but raspi doesn't ping this ip and every time i reboot this ip back to the '127.0.0.1'.
i disable the access point and i can connect to the internet with wifi but eth0 shows "link is down"
could someone help me with it?
thank you.
