Thu Dec 13, 2018 6:18 pm

Hi

I have a Rasberry Pi3+, im trying to install windows IOT on it, but im not able to do it,

I format the SD car with the SD Formatt aplication.
i download and install the Win IOT version from Rasberry web,

i set Rasberry as device, Windows Iot as OS version, click on Download and install. App do the proces, all looks OK
i take the SD car, put on Rasberry, conect net cable, HDMI, and power cable, its turn it on, and the only thing i see on screen its a Multicolor screen, and in the Rasberry, the leds get in Red. nothing more, no install options, or any Wizzard appear, so i cant install the system or do anything

any idea? can anyone help me? im getting crazy.

If need any more info, or screenshots let me know

Thanks

The multicolor screen you saw was the splash screen that shows the RPi is booting from an OS. Wait, and Windows 10 IoT Core should eventually show up. As for an "Install Wizard", only NOOBS shows an install wizard, as when you install directly, it isn't an installer you're flashing, but rather the OS itself. It's already installed, but as Windows 10 goes through setup the first time it is used, Windows 10 IoT Core does the same thing on its own, meaning the first boot will take anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour. That should answer your question.
