sd duplicate

Hi to all.

we have developed a software for raspberry 3 and we have have problems to deploy in other units.
We have one image (.img), here, everything works correctly.
Then, we try to duplicate the Sd card (working fine) with a duplicator machine (https://ureach-inc.com/page/Flash-Dupli ... -908S.html), but this doesn't work.
i have tried with rapid copy (only cpoy data from one sd to others), and whole copy (bit to bit), but always i have the same error.

Kernel Panic: Not syncing :VFS Unabel to root fs on unknow-block (179,2)..
I have tried to change cmdline.txt in destination to correct device (/dev); but it doesn't work.

make your image take up less than the full space of the sdcard

yes, i was making that exactly, and it seems to work fine.
