unable to use touch via hdmi

hi i recently bought a raspberry pi 3 and installed android 7 in it and i have car that supports hdmi and when i connected raspberry to my car it displayed well but the touch is not working can anyone help me

Just connecting the Pi to an HDMI device will not provide any sort of touchscreen facility - HDMI is output only, and the touchscreen data need to get back to the Pi somehow. When connecting a HDMI monitor with touchscreen, usually there is a USB or similar connection as well.

You mus also install drivers.
Does your screen have Android drivers available?
