how to make live streaming of video in my android phone through wifi

I am working on a virtual reality project so i need to make an android app which gives me live video in two screen.An application which similar to Google Card Board. I go through MIT app inventer and other online sources but i didn't get any solution. please help me

If you want to stream video only then use the Motion it is a CCTV live monitoring software. It can be installed in Pi and you just need a Camera source, the official Pi cam or a USB webcam. To stream it just visit your PI's IP address and motion port to a browser and it will show you the live feed.
