Youtube 1080p, quality

Hi. I am planning to buy Pi 3B+. I want to watch youtube, netflix, sometimes visit web pages like facebook. Raspberry pi is good to watch movies on youtube in 1080p? Or it will be lagging?

You should be able to run both with Kodi 18 Leia Beta installed in Raspbian Stretch with Desktop OS:
