copy packages from raspberry pi 3 to other pi 3+

Hello guys.
I have been working for 2 years on a big project on Pi 3 B and last month i bought my Pi 3 B+. So i cannot working with the same SD card.
I downloaded the latest Raspian Image. Now my problem that i want to copy all packages from my old SD card and past it to my new one. ONLY the packages. Because i have a lot of it such as "OpenCV", "sklearn" and many other. While it took me really long time to get it at that time.

PLEASE HELP ME!

Why not clone your existing SD Card and then update the Operating System so it is compatible with the RPi 3B+..

..Raspbian Jessie requires rpi-update to get latest kernel / firmware for 3B+

Use a USB micro SDHC card reader, not expensive, & a useful item to have. :)
