Raspberry RX 300 Read-Only file system

Hello Guys,

this message appears continuously don't stop, how can solve it?

You can't have the /var directory as read-only. Too many processes need to create files, fifos, logs and socket files in there.

this message it showing continuously cannot writing any command and searched much how to boot new image from USB but cannot.
