Sd Clock at 25Mhz

Hello, i'm a little new with raspberry but here my problem.

i have a raspberry Pi 3b+
i use the original power supply 2.5A 5.1V
I have a Micro SD samsung Evo + 64GO classe 10 U3

I have done some test on the SD card and seen it was stuck at more or less 10MB/SEC
CONFIG: dtoverlay=sdhost,overclock_25=50
CLOCK : 25.000 MHz
CORE : 400 MHz, turbo=0
DATA : 512 MB, /root/test.dat

HDPARM:

Timing O_DIRECT disk reads: 34 MB in 3.02 seconds = 11.25 MB/sec
Timing O_DIRECT disk reads: 34 MB in 3.03 seconds = 11.23 MB/sec
Timing O_DIRECT disk reads: 34 MB in 3.02 seconds = 11.24 MB/sec

WRITE:

536870912 bytes (537 MB, 512 MiB) copied, 55.8594 s, 9.6 MB/s

Overlay config core_freq turbo overclock_50 WRITE READ HDPARM
dtoverlay=sdhost,overclock_25=50 400 0 25.000 MHz inf MB/s inf MB/s 11.25 MB/s
I have tried to do the dtoverlay=sdhost,overclock_25=50 command several time but can't manage to improve the clock.
Did i miss something ? I donc really want to go to 100Mhz but at least 50 or 72 Mhz for a little improvement.
I have a dissipator and two fan who bring and extract air.

yes, already seen that. That's why i dont understand why i'm stuck at 10mb/S

By diging a little if found this.
mmc0: Problem switching card into high-speed mode!

[ 0.873385] EXT4-fs (mmcblk0p2): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. O
Before switching to this samsung evo plus sd card i used the one buy with the raspberry and the benchmark was the same so it must not be a problem with my sd card.
