I would like to create a media center using a raspberry pi that I would like to put in my van. The van comes with an HDMI port. I have worked with Plex before but I would like to just use it as a media center that doesn't need to be connected to the wifi. Would it be possible to use VPN to connect my phone to use as a remote without having wifi? Any ideas are welcome!
