Creating a desktop shortcut

I Need to use command line to run a shell script app on my pi from the desktop ,

I’ve just bought a touch screen and want to know if it’s possibl to create a desktop shortcut to run theis command to start the app.

The code I’m usin is

cd pisend/
./run_start.sh
