I have my pi sending a wav file to a bluetooth connected speaker.
Now I need to know how to program arbitrary tones, which are sent to the speaker.
I recall there being such a package (or maybe packages), perhaps programmed in python or the like, which claimed to be able to generate tones, in a similar way as one would program a MIDI device, which is in fact what I'm replacing.
If someone could point me to resources on this topic, I'd appreciate it.
