Please try getting longer logs and in text. You can e.g. write dmesg to file using 'dmesg > filename.txt', or even better and use adb to crab logs (e.g. 'adb logcat').
Also some context and steps to reproduce would be helpful. Is this the first boot after clean installation? Have you modified the image somehow? Are you using proper power source?
Screenshot shows you've managed to turn on bluetooth though you said you couldn't. Wifi won't connect of course if you're already connected using ethernet.
