how to run firefox when you click the internet button

Wed Aug 15, 2018 11:08 pm

Hi,
I have a Raspberry Pi 3 B+, and I installed Firefox. Since Chromium runs when you click the internet button, I uninstalled it because I wanted Firefox to run when I clicked the internet button, But now it's running a different browser. What should I do?

Sorry, but what is a 'internet button'?

Simply add a shortcut to FireFox to your Task bar. The one which is there is for Chromium (maybe that's what you call internet button'

The internet icon is a shortcut to the current default browser.

Change the default browser via update-alternatives :

Code: Select all

sudo update-alternatives --config x-www-browser
Android app - Raspi Card Imager - download and image SD cards - No PC required !
