Auto Scroll webpage from Top to Bottom and up to Top again

Sun Aug 12, 2018 11:27 am

Hi all,

I've setup a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ to autoboot and bring up a web browser, Chromium, in Kiosk mode and pick a specific results page.

My challenge is that I do not find a way to have the web page to scroll to the bottom of the page and then scroll back up to the top, doing this endlessly.

Anyone who have an idea or solution?

Thanks in advance!

Maybe possible to use xdotool? With xdotool you can make a script to do any keyboard and/or mouse movement, button clicks etc.
Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated Raspbian Stretch w/ Desktop OS.
