Well seeing as the software is for a windows x86 or x86_64 pc , it unlikely to ever run on a pi, unless Dayton Audio decide to start supporting Linux and the pi .
Have you tried contacting them.... ( not holding my breath as I can already guess what the answer will be )
I would say you need to use a different Single Board Computer, one based on x86 processor.
