Windows 10 IoT on Raspberry Pi 3 w/ Noobs doesn't work.

As the title says.
When I try to install Windows 10 IoT with Noobs, the program says that the installation script didn't work.
Any reason for that?

Seems like it is a NoobS Issue...

...several users had have issues:

Rather than negativity think outside the box !
RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..
Asus ChromeBox 3 Celeron is my other computer...
