Connect to a local bridge connection

Sun Apr 01, 2018 1:45 pm

Hi everyone.
I got a raspberry pi 3 set up as a local accesspoint using usb tethering as internet access. For this purpose a bridge between wlan0 and usb0 has been created and it works fine for external access.

But the frustrating issue however is that now the local machine have no internet access by itself.
Is there any way for the rasp itself to get into its own AP network?

I must have missed some disturbing detail somwhere along the road :)
thanks in advance

To answer my own question, I just configured it as a router instead (without doing any iptables crap. That just messed up everything)
