Is the Micro USB cable from Zero to Arduino capable of powering the Aruino and send data received from a sensor at Arduino to the Zero ?

Thanks.
I am particularly interested in using the Zero, preferably the W model.

There is no power regulation or safety circuitry on the 5v line on the Pi0/Pi0W. You can pass as much power through as you want...until you blow up the conductors.
