Powerbank UPS for Pi

I was planning to buy an easyacc power bank for my pi based on comments in some threads here for my pi. My existing xiaoMi powerbank cuts off supply to my pi when switching over for a second causing reboot. I read that easyacc doesn't do that. But in interacting with easyacc support they say even their powerbank will cut off output for a second or two when input to powerbank is disconnected.

Any first hand experience anyone? Any alternative powerbank suggestions? Rs pro works i read but only 3700mah version is available in India. I thought I can get it in US when I travem but it doesn't seem to be available there either.
