Pi zero camera module on pi 3

Is there any way to get pi zero camera module work with pi 3

The Pi camera modules are the same for all Pis. The only thing special about the Pi0/Pi0W module is the cable, as those Pis have a smaller connector than other Pis. If you have a camera module with a Pi0 cable, just get a standard cable and you're good to go. I will note that they are usually sold the other way around...with a standard cable and you have to get a special cable to use the camera module with a Pi0 or Pi0W.
