Hi.

Well if your pi took a fall then you should be looking for any damage done to the Pi PCB, components on it or to the USB port its self.

as we cant see you Pi you will have to do this your self.

If its an older (first generation) PI 1, then the quartz crystal of the LAN9512 might be dislocated, no other components are quite as sensitive to g-forces. Later models omit the crystal entirely.

sometimes tapping on the crystal, (located on the bottom side underneath the LAN9512) or heating it with a soldering iron helps.

Not relevant clearly states "I have a big problem what happens to me is that my raspberry pi 3 after a fall"

well, then I cant help him....
This is the only *invisible* damage that I know of that can occur, and that disables the USB ports.

If it is only 1 port it shouldn't affect the mouse AND keyboard. Without seeing the Pi, I would suggest either living with only 3 ports, getting a an external (powered) USB hub or re-flowing the solder to the affected. Or use a bluetooth keyboard/glidepad (Fintie makes a nice one - super thin)
