How do I install OpenCV 3?

It needs to be for python 2.7
I've tried sudo pip install opencv-python but it doesn't work.
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement opencv-python (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for opencv-python

Try apt-get.

apt-get only installs opencv 2
