Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I've successfully gotten this ( https://tutorials-raspberrypi.com/how-t ... ment-12958 ) LED project to work.
What I would like to do now is have it simply turn on and play this pattern when a USB microphone receives input....

It simply sets a pin high or low depending upon sound detected and the volume of the sound is adjustable via the pot screw
